CAKE FLAVOURS

There are 13 flavours listed below, but special requirements can normally be catered.  All cakes are made from scratch, and not cake mixes.  Only the freshest, quality ingredients are used including eggs from our own home-kept happy free-range chickens.

Vanilla sponge filled with either jam or vanilla buttercream, or both

Vanilla sponge filled with lime and coconut buttercream

Vanilla sponge with chocolate chips filled with chocolate buttercream

Chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream

Chocolate sponge with chocolate chips filled with chocolate buttercream

Mocha - Chocolate sponge filled with coffee buttercream 

Lemon sponge filled with either lemon curd or lemon buttercream, or both

Coffee sponge filled with coffee buttercream

Coffee and walnut sponge filled with coffee buttercream

Carrot cake filled with either orange or spiced cream cheese frosting

Traditional fruit cake with or without nuts

Raspberry sponge filled with raspberry jam and white chocolate buttercream

Lemon and lime sponge filled with lemon and lime buttercream
